Yoga in one of the most beautiful regions of Italy, the World Heritage Wine in Monferrato in Piedmont. CentroBeYou is located in Frassinello Monferrato in the middle of nature, between vineyards, nut plantations and golden sunflower fields.
Here you can relax, take a deep breath, enjoy the healing silence and recharge your batteries for your everyday life.

The charming surroundings invite you to go hiking. In the surrounding wineries you can get to know and love the wines of Piedmont - in the nearby restaurants, let your palate be pampered by the culinary delicacies of Piedmont.
Lively markets with a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as one or the other bargain await you. You can decide every day whether you want to enjoy the silence, the healing closeness to nature in our Cascina or whether you want to immerse yourself in the abundance, the colors, the liveliness of Italy.
Food
The food is Italian, typical of the country and vegetarian.
Water and tea are available at all times. For dinner we serve ½ bottle of white wine/house wine/person.
Breakfast/lunch is provided after the morning yoga practice at 10:00 a.m., depending on the daily program, dinner is taken in CentroBeYou or in a nearby restaurant.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any alternatives for vegan diets or allergies etc. in terms of catering, as we cannot afford the effort
However, the apartments are fully equipped and self-catering is possible.
Price
There are 5 apartments available for accommodation, from 30-75 sqm, each with 2-4 beds. Only half double rooms are available. The residents of an apartment share a bathroom.

The inviting apartments, ranging in size from 40-75 square meters, are equipped with everything you need for self-sufficiency.
A communal kitchen invites you to get to know each other and have a relaxed community.
For the transitional periods there is a closed yoga room, When the weather is good, there are various opportunities to practice yoga outdoors in the courtyard or on the terrace, depending on the time of day and the number of participants. This is guaranteed by individual small yoga platforms that can be used flexibly.
